Rules for “Every Moment with GINNY JAYNA” Fan Sign Event

How to Participate

To enter the lucky draw for the Fan Sign event, please follow these steps:

Participants must fill out the registration form for every single order placed to be eligible for the lucky draw.

Activity Period : From April 27 to June 3, 2026 (until 8:00 PM).

• Top Spender Privilege: 30 Persons

(Dual sign session: 1 minute 30 seconds) The top 30 participants with the highest cumulative purchase totals within the specified period will automatically be eligible for the Fansign activity.

Noted: Final selection is based strictly on participants who comply with all rules and all conditions hold the top 30 highest cumulative purchase rankings between April 27 and June 3 at 8:00 PM.

*Top Spender Ranking Announcements: On every Monday and Final announcement: June 3 at 6:00 PM.*

• Lucky Fan Privilege: 270 Persons

(Individual sign session: 30 seconds per person) Every Photobook purchased grants one , per copy entry into the lucky draw to become a Lucky Fan. The company will conduct a random selection to determine the winners based on the amount of purchasing.

Noted: Eligibility for the lucky draw is reserved for participants who strictly adhere to the activity’s terms and conditions which complete their entries between April 27 and June 3 at 8:00 PM only.

Remarks

• Tie-Breaking Criteria: In the event of a tie for the highest purchase amount, eligibility will be determined by the order of submission. The participant who completed the registration form and fulfilled all terms and conditions first will be prioritized. The Company’s decision is final.

• Transfer and Exchange of Rights: Prizes and participation rights are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or substituted for other items. Winners may not claim compensation for any fluctuations in market value that are beyond the Company’s control.

• Waiver of Rights: Participants who forfeit or waive their prize rights shall have no claim against the Company for any form of compensation or reimbursement for the value of the prize.

• Right to Amend: The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms, conditions, or prizes at any time without prior notice.

• Refund Policy: Pre-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

• Final Authority: All further conditions and details are at the discretion of the Company. The Company’s final decision shall be absolute and conclusive.
